The prices listed below are for guidance only. We will give you an accurate quote reflecting the complexity and urgency of your case in advance of any work undertaken. The average cost will be available after the first consultation.

Disbursements: All disbursements will need to be paid for separately in addition to the fees for our services. Examples of disbursements include home office/visa application fees, court application fees, postage, interpreting/translation services, medical reports fees, expert report fees, mileage/travel expenses etc. This is not an exhaustive list and is meant purely as a guide.

WCHECKING SERVICE AND SAME DAY SERVICE

We can also assist you in checking the documents of your immigration case and thoroughly evaluate your case with honesty. We advise clients whom are submitting applications to the Home Office or filing a notice of appeal to the First Tier Tribunal to get it checked by an experienced, qualified immigration solicitor for a higher chance of success in your applications. The fixed fee rate is £250.00 for a straight forward application.

We provide same day service and charge £400.00 plus travel cost whereby we will accompany you to the Home Office now called Premium Service Centres and will assist you in submitting your application and obtaining the grant of visa on the same day.
